Because of my failed attempts at finding a job out in the real world, I had to try and find a way to make money in the mean time while I found a job. So I did a lot of research about different ways of making money online and came a across a few ways. The first is to making a highly successful website that brings in millions of people and brings in millions of dollars (yeah unfortunately I don't have the resources nor the creative juices to do that.) The next was clicking massive amounts of ads for one tenth of a cent for hours and I knew that wasn't going to happen. Another was recruiting and pestering friends to sign up for something they don't want to sign up for... so I'm stuck I know there's millions of ways out there, does anyone know a slightly easy way that doesn't take to much time to set up?rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-12510709770688806862011-04-13T14:49:00.000-07:002011-04-13T14:49:35.492-07:00

On June 28 is going to be a very hard time. It's going to be the last time Space Shuttle Endeavour will be in flight before retiring forever in southern California. Growing up watching many many launches on TV, it saddens me that I'm not going to see a launch in person.rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-83182145498641525632011-04-11T16:39:00.000-07:002011-04-11T16:39:01.847-07:00best buy gift card

Today I was browsing ebay and to my astonishment I noticed people were bidding on best buy gift cards and any other gift cards for that matter and one or two dollars above the gift card's face value! I was very interested into why someone would pay more for a gift card then what it's worth. So that got me thinking, I did a little research on the internet and came up with a few scenarios as to why someone would want to do that. One reason would be to launder money. Best buy gift card don't seem to ever expire so you can get tons of best buy gift cards and no cop would ask you about it.

Anyone else got a reason why someone would want to do this?rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-49605211491439411192011-04-07T07:41:00.000-07:002011-04-07T07:41:31.229-07:00Starwars

With all the movies like War of the Worlds,Independence Day and others, it's not hard to imagine if aliens did show up to earth that they would be hostile. It's funny with agencies like SETI dedicate their entire life to searching for ET. Now do you think it's a good idea to go out and intentionally try to find aliens if there is a chance that they can be hostile? I mean from a science point of view it would be a great discovery of mankind to find intelligence but would it be worthwhile if they came and blew up our planet because the few beeps of radio waves we sent to their homeland was considered a swear word?
To me I feel like it's worth it.rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com13tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-79668408705141662912011-04-06T10:14:00.000-07:002011-04-06T10:15:00.539-07:00Toasty!
Wow the new Mortal Kombat looks amazing. As an 80's kid I grew up with MK1, MK2 and a little MK3. It seems like after MK3 the franchise went down the crapper as do a lot of sequels to classic games. I love it when these remakes of classic games go back to the basics and give us the graphics and game-play we want. Sometimes pretty 3D graphics isn't always the best, ask any recent Castlevania game.

Anyways, looks like the future for gaming actually looks bright, good-bye to the dark ages of video games.rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com15tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-89970073490423418742011-04-04T13:35:00.000-07:002011-04-06T09:57:13.402-07:00Time Travel

I was watching a show on History about time travel. It had all the great minds in quantum mechanics like Stephen Hawking (yeah yeah laugh it up) talking about the different way of time traveling. It was funny just 20 years ago it was science fiction and you would be laughed at if you brought it up. Of course movies love the idea of time travel like the obvious ones like back to the future and Donnie darko.

It's awesome how in this day of age it is coming more and more into reality. Stephen hawking talks of two different ways that may make it possible to travel through time. The first way he talks about is going the speed of light. If you were to go the speed of light long enough, your body actually ages slower then a person who is resting on Earth. The other way to time travel is actually going into space and going through a wormhole which can actually send you to the past of future depending on where in the universe you end up.

I don't think in my life time I will see time travel but at the rate of knowledge, I wouldn't be surprised if we to see the first time traveler in the near future.rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-60286192637487704402011-04-02T13:02:00.000-07:002011-04-02T13:02:50.616-07:00Library RulesRemember when you were supposed to be quiet at the library? A time where if you made on peep a scary looking librarian would tell you to shut up? Man I really miss those times.

Now whenever I go to the library to study, I'm bombarded with cellphones going off non-stop, teenagers texting with their ringers going off every time they receive a text. Children crying and their unfit mothers not punishing them. People talking as loud as they want on their cellphone. I mean come on, I go to the library to get some peace and quiet to study for my finals and I'm so distracted I give up and go to McDonald's to study!

The library's really need to enforce their quiet rule and shut these kids up when I'm trying to study or do some work...rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-36744810086756892492011-04-01T17:15:00.000-07:002011-04-01T17:15:02.908-07:00April Fools DayHello everyone it's April Fools day and I still haven't come up with a good one to prank my friends. I thought about it hard for almost an hour and almost had a brain hemorrhage trying to come up with a good one. I came up with some really lame ones like saying the (fill in the blank) is dead etc. The day is coming to an end still haven't come up with a funny one that's slightly harmless that I could pull on my mom or friends.

Oh well I'll think of something....rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-15024159254236865392011-03-31T13:02:00.000-07:002011-03-31T13:02:56.938-07:00Job Hunting

Is it just me or today is it REALLY hard to get a job? I know the "economy" is down and were in some sort of deficit but I really didn't know what that meant until I lost my job last month and had to look for more work.

I remember 5 years ago when I was job hunting, I could send out a lot of resumes on Craigslist and get at least 5 calls or so a day for job interviews. Now I send out even more resumes I did 5 years ago and cannot get one single call a week! I am seriously sending out resumes every day and cannot get a call back.

I'm out of ideas. Anyone got a tips on how to at least get a callback hopefully setting up a job interview?rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com17tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-86482913204845703232011-03-28T09:52:00.000-07:002011-03-28T09:52:32.455-07:00Teen Cashcows

This is really getting out of hand. Not only is the general public being force fed this horrible music with horrible lyrics. It seems like now a days huge companys are investing large amounts of money into these teens that make horrible music knowing that children growing up in recent times will eat it up.

When companies realized how much money can be made of cookie cutter teen idols like Justin Bieber, the market is being flooded with these teen "musicians" (and I say that loosely) with kids like Cody Simpson and now the internet sensation Rebecca Black knowing that kids will buy into anything.

When I was 12 I was listening to music that had a cause.. music that was real... not music that is a carbon copy of the last teen pop star.rontronhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11481005791037625381noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2581704832502250965.post-85442129837716409322011-03-27T12:01:00.000-07:002011-03-27T12:01:47.899-07:00Fiverr... I came across this new website called fiverr. The way the website works is that when a user signs up for an account he or she can set up what is called a "gig" on their account. Basicly a gig consists of what a user is willing to do for 5 dollars. A popular gig that many users set up is a video gig. A person will say anything the person who purchased the gig in a video for 5 dollars.

This website is great for users who want to purchase a service done by a user that normally costs a lot of money for only 5 dollars. I use it for SEO work and it's great because SEO work can cost a lot of money for people who want increase traffic to their website or blog but with the new fiverr website it can cost only 5 dollars.

Check out my gig that I recently submitted. I am offering a service that can increase your youtube views by adding 20 comments, 80 likes, 80 subscribers for only 5 dollars! I highly recommend fiverr for anyone looking for a few extra bucks.

For some reason I have REALLY been into science lately. I rented 5 documentarys about astronomy, bought a Carl Sagan book and been pondering a lot about time travel. I think Carl Sagan was a great man and it's crazy how even though most of his books and lectures were published in the 70s, most of them are still relevant
